Hi, I’m Ashok, a Leicester-based documentary wedding photographer capturing real moments, genuine emotion, and the people who matter most.

My approach is simple — I want you to enjoy your wedding day properly without feeling like you’re spending hours posing for photographs.

Of course, we’ll make time for family photographs and a few relaxed portraits. For most of the day, though, I step back and quietly document real moments as they happen. The laughter, emotion, hugs, chaos, and quiet moments usually become the memories people value most years later.

I’ve been photographing weddings for over 17 years, and what still draws me in most is human connection. The moments that matter are rarely the perfectly posed ones — they’re the real interactions between people.

I work calmly and quietly throughout the day so you can stay present, enjoy the moment, and spend time with the people around you.

When I’m not photographing weddings, I enjoy travel, street photography, books, coffee, and spending time with my family (including our cat, Kodak).

With over 220 five-star Google reviews and experience photographing more than 200 weddings, my goal is always to create photographs that feel honest, natural, and personal.
